Allergy Cards

There area number of ways to get a card that explains your food allergy. Some even do so in non-English languages. Innate Health Foundation has no relationship with any of these organizations and makes no warranty as to their value or safety.

  • Food Allergy Initiative has probably the best and easiest free tool for making food allergy cards. Designed for life threatening food allergies they are reasonably easy to adapt to non-life threatening allergies and can be translated into a variety of languages. The tool creates a document that you must print yourself, but it is free and simple to use.
  • Food Allergy Buddy produces free food allergy cards that you can print. However, they require you to register, provide your email address and name, and choose a password. Their privacy policy allows them to share information with other companies for marketing purposes unless you notify them not to. Be sure to read their privacy policy before signing up.
  • Select Wisely will, for a fee, print a semi-customized card for you. Translations to other languages available and they will make special orders.
  • Celiac.com provides cards - for a fee - explaining that you are gluten free. Complete set of our 10 different Laminated Gluten-Free Dining Cards: American, Chinese, French, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Thai and Vietnamese.
